RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT
ALL WE REMEMBER stands by our products. If you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, please expect slight variations in the sizing and fabrication of our products.
For all inquiries regarding returns and exchanges, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) at email@example.com. Make sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior contact. We cannot refund original shipping charges.
If you receive the wrong size, item, or a product that appears to be damaged or defective, please include photos of the damaged and/or defective issue(s), as well. Once we have verified the problem, we will email you a prepaid return label and repair, refund, or exchange your item.
For all other returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns and exchanges must be received in unworn and unaltered condition and include the original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, dirtied, washed, or altered in any way. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that all items are in good condition.
ALL WE REMEMBER does not accept or assume responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit from the customer. We strongly recommended you use an appropriate shipping method with a tracking or trace system. The customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping including any customs fees or taxes on international returns.
We will not accept returns for items in our "Sale" section or those marked "Final Sale."
ALL WE REMEMBER honors the full lifecycle of our products. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any questions or concerns regarding a repair. Please include your order number and a detailed description and photos of the parts of your item(s) that are in need of repair.
In some cases, we will be able to repair your item(s) free of charge, excluding the cost of shipping. In other cases, we will quote you on the cost of the repair(s) due to the specialized work and/or materials needed to repair your item(s).
For minor repairs, we may advise you on how to repair your item(s) at home.
